Learning to write is an important skill to cultivate; however, most children will not jump for joy when presented with tons of tracing pages. We get it. Our goal is not to bore children at the stage of education that is the most fun.
Instead, we help teachers, tutors, and homeschooling parents, by creating activity printables that are colorful yet minimal and engaging yet practical. We hope you find what you are looking here.

Number Recognition
When children can name and identify numbers in order and out of order, they have mastered number recognition. To help with this process, several number activities can be used to reinforce number learning.
- Introduce the number to the child in physical forms that the child can touch and manipulate; wooden blocks, magnets, and puzzle pieces work great.
- Begin showing the child where the numbers show up in their organic environments; food products, pictures and papers around the home, and when out and about.
- Introduce number books. The public library is a great source of free books and here you’ll find other ways to access free and cheap books.
- Large calendars on display centrally in the home.
