This is the Return and Refund Policy of Damn Good Mom, LLC.
Digital Products
We issue refunds for our course products within 7 days of the original purchase of the product. This includes products such as Pregnant & Unafraid, Birth Plan from Scratch, and Just-A-Mom-Itis.
For our digital documents which include templates, worksheets, printables, and planners (such as the DGM Pregnancy Journal), we do not offer refunds since it’s not a “returnable” item and is delivered all at once as soon as you purchase it.
We do our best to provide visual mockups and detailed product descriptions about each product. It is best to contact us with any questions you have about a product before purchasing.
If you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products after making a purchase, please contact us for assistance.
To submit a formal refund request for digital courses, email [email protected] with your request. In the email request, please include the following:
- Full Name
- What product you purchased
- The amount you invested
- Date of the order
- Reason for the refund request
