At Damn Good Mom, we believe in empowering moms to live their best lives through cultivated family life systems that help you organize and optimize all the little tasks that encompass being a mom and managing a household.
Who am I? I’m a chemist turned home-birther, homemaker, and homeschooling mom.
Transitioning from career woman to homemaker was a challenging time. Every job and career position I had came with standard operating procedures, the exact training and methodology to get optimum results for a task, but when it came to motherhood and managing a home…I got nothing. I was lost and frustrated. It took time and tears but I learned to use the skills I acquired becoming a scientist and educator to cultivate systems useful for organizing and managing family life -with grace and efficiency.

My qualifications for becoming a multi-tasking, cookie loving, toddler-chaser, and incompetent rice-maker.

- Educator: AmeriCorps Alum and English Literacy Tutor When I’m not managing my home or creating, I spend time teaching ESOL or tutoring children how to read. I’ve had opportunities to serve in this capacity online, in the USA, and in Europe.
